A cornerstone of the digital marketing evolution, Artificial Intelligence was once the preserve of the top computer scientists in IBM. But in a few short years brands across a wide range of sectors have been able to tap into an ever-growing pool of services and products designed to enhance consumer experiences and outcomes through the use of advanced technology and data.
While the leading global automotive marques have been early adopters of these technologies in both vehicle design and brand marketing, a wealth of opportunities exist for dealers of all sizes. From using Bots to enhance and automate interactions with prospects, through to marketing automation software, there is a stockpile of useful AI ammunition available to improve customer experience.
Leading Digital Marketing & Strategy operations at Fantastic Media with over 20 years’ experience working with digital technologies for organisations from FIFA to the Co-Operative Group, Barry will aim to provide practical advice and guidance for dealers to maximise the opportunities in AI. He will outline how dealers big and small can foster customer loyalty through enhanced customer experiences and provide a useful toolkit dealers can take-away to help identify the areas that AI could enhance their dealerships.
