Joanne Davis is a Partner in the London office of Locke Lord LLP and Head of the Firm's Asset, Motor, Leasing & Consumer Finance division in the UK. She is also a member of the Consumer Finance practice group in the banking and finance department, working closely with the litigation department. Jo works with a number of well-known finance providers in the automotive, asset and consumer finance and leasing industries as well as banks.
Jo deals with a wide range of matters from consumer credit advisory, transactional matters, through to financial services regulation and compliance to include compliance with the FCA handbook and Consumer Credit Sourcebook implementation. She also assists clients and advises on contentious matters such as asset recoveries, finance litigation and dispute resolution.
Jo advises many of the motor finance captives and independents in the UK and is currently working on a variety of projects as a result of the motor finance review and the ongoing implementation of CONC within the motor finance sector to include best practice reviews and audits. Jo also advises businesses on new products launches and offers general regulatory advisory services to include setting up UK business that are new to regulation and financial services in the UK to include advise on corporate governance, approved persons and the senior managers regime.
Jo's experience is vast and is regularly mentioned in the key legal directories. Chambers & Partners (2017) have recently stated Jo is "praised for her expertise in asset finance and consumer credit regulations. Clients are impressed with her ability ‘to apply that detailed knowledge and look at it through a more commercial lens.'"
Locke Lord's UK Asset Finance & Leasing division, led by Jo, was named the 'Top Asset Finance Team of the Year' by Leasing World at its October 2017 Leasing World Awards.
Jo has led her previous team to win many awards including the 'Leasing Law Firm of the Year' Award (2012 and 2013) and Leasing Life 'Asset Finance Firm of the Year' (Highly Commended) (2013). She also won, personally, Leasing World’s 'Leasing Personality of the Year' Award (2014) and Leasing World's 'Leasing Contribution of the Year' Award (2016).
Keith has been the National Accounts Director at Barclays Partner Finance for the past five years, heading up the National Account Team. Keith has been part of the Barclays Partner Finance team since inception, instrumental in helping to set up was then called Barclaycard Loans in 2002. His wealth of knowledge and experience of point of sale finance market and the motor industry is deep and vast but with particular experience in sales team leadership, sales training, motor finance marketing, sales process improvement, business strategy and motor dealer oversight.

Outside of motor finance, Keith is still a keen footballer and supporter of Sunderland, living just outside Chesterfield with his wife and 3 children.
Pradeep has over 20 years of experience leading engineering teams spread across India, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania building market relevant, localised products.
He spent more than 14 years in the Windows engineering team at Microsoft. He has an MBA from INSEAD, a BE in Computer Science from PICT, Pune and CoRE from HBS, Harvard University.
David has over 30 years in the UK car industry, with over 15 years of selling technology, marketing, websites and CRM systems to UK car dealers.
Recognising the impact that crypto and blockchain are already having on the global car industry, David joined AutoBlock as COO in 2017 to structure and deliver a turn key solution for global car dealers to both advertise and transact vehicles using blockchain technology and crypto payments.
Robert operates within Product and Marketing where he seeks to harnesses the breadth and depth of experience and personal connections he has established over the years. Critically this role involves direct engagement with clients to capture “voice of customer” such that in turn this feedback will play a key role in forming the strategy for direct product and service development within Equifax or the establishment of new partnerships to create and deliver the innovation and insight that our clients are seeking. Primarily Robert focuses on Banking and FI but has scope to look across sector e.g. Telecoms, Utilities, Retail etc.
Prior to joining Equifax Robert was a long standing Senior Manager in the Royal Bank of Scotland having clocked up a total of 34 years-service in Consumer (PBB) and Commercial (CPB). During that time he had accountability for Credit Risk in Loans and Mortgages, Joint Ventures (Tesco and Virgin) and all Risk systems etc. Robert has recently established connections with Scottish Financial Enterprise where Equifax is now a member and also FinTech Scotland where Equifax is operating as a partner – by developing and harnessing these capabilities and insights that these new businesses bring will be an integral part of the Equifax business outlook.
As Managing Director of DealTrak Ltd, Martin leads a talented Team focused on positively shaping the F&I sector.
A Law graduate with a strong legal and compliance background, Martin was heavily involved in the general insurance regulation regime in 2005. His career has included senior management roles within organisations including Nat West bank and GE Capital. His skills and experience include areas such as sales, marketing, systems, process improvement, knowledge management, business strategy and corporate governance.
Martin also is a committed semi-professional musician, playing three instruments. He holds an MBA from the OU Business School, and lives near Worcester with his wife and two daughters.
